FBS Mission Statement:

We at FBS believe that offensive coordinator Bryan Stinespring bears the largest share of the blame for years of sub-par output from some of the most talented players ever to set foot on Worsham Field. We believe the main objective of the VT football program - a national championship - will escape us as long as Stinespring is making the calls. We therefore advocate the improvement of our football program through the replacement of our offensive coordinator.

Five Reasons VT Beats Bama

REASON FIVE
WE KNOW BEAMER CAN BEAT SABAN
Before we get started, a word of advice. Don't go looking for highlights of the 2002 VT vs. LSU game. All you'll find are highlights of the 2007 debacle, which will only depress you.
But even sans highlights, remember that not too long ago, Nick Saban lead a strong SEC team up against the Hokies and was turned away. Saban is a great coach, but Beamer outcoached him in their first contest.
That's no guarantee of a victory, but Saban's strategy hasn't changed that much since his days at LSU. Hell, really since his days at Michigan State. Beamer's seen it before, and he's beaten it.
And let's not forget that earlier this week Alabama's punter sort of threw down the gauntlet and said Bama wasn't afraid of Beamer Ball.
Oh, son, I got a feeling you gonna eat them words. And something tells me they're gonna taste like Georgia Dome turf.
