Since its inception - or at the very least since my coming onto the administrative staff of this blog - FBS has primarilly been a forum in which we can vent our frustrations about Bryan Stinespring to sympathetic ears. It is now apparent that this is short-sighted and insufficient. For those of us who are truly passionate about Virginia Tech football, those of us who consider ourselves more than just fans, we have an obligation to do what should have been done years ago - get Bryan Stinespring fired.
And so as an administrator of FBS I am calling for the assistance of likeminded individuals. If you are willing to dedicate your time and effort to this cause beyond simple readership then I ask you to send us an e-mail at our gmail account with the subject "FBS Hit Squad" informing us that you'd be willing to do something - write letters, call in to radio shows, place classified ads in local papers, things like that - to help us accomplish our goals.
Let me be clear that sending us this email will not obligate you to do anything, it will simply get your email address placed on our mailing list. This will make you aware of what we are doing at FBS behind the scenes so that you can voluteer to help out if you so choose.
Let me also be clear: no one will at any time be asked to do anything of questionable legality or morality. We're going to be completely on the up and up here.
So if you're finally fed up with the empty promises and nauseating hugs, hit us up and let us know you're down with the fight.
